Glossary
Plain definitions of eDiscovery terms: load files, Bates numbering, ESI protocols, custodians, de-NISTing, native and TIFF productions, privilege logs.
What does each eDiscovery term mean?
Each line says what the term is for, so you can find the one you came for. The guides cover the same ground at length and the Fee Field Guide covers the billing side.
